Returns & Refunds

At zoraizO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If something isn’t right, we make returning items simple and straightforward.

Standard Return Period

You have 14 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible, items must be:

  • In the same condition you received them
  • Unworn or unused
  • With tags attached and in the original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase


Return Process:

Email us at sunbalsehrish@gmail.com with your order number, the items you’d like to return, and the reason for your return. We’ll guide you through the return process and provide all necessary instructions.

Return Methods:

  • Self-arranged postage: Send your return to the designated address we provide.
  • Collection service: If available, we may arrange collection for your return (additional fees may apply).

Refunds:
Once we receive and inspect your returned items, refunds are usually processed within 7 working days. If the return is due to a change of mind, original shipping costs and any applicable return fees may be deducted from your refund.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

If something isn’t right - whether it’s damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered - please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We may ask for photographs to assess the issue.

We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as appropriate. If the fault is confirmed within 30 days, you’re entitled to a full refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned unless faulty, including:

  • Perishable goods (e.g., food, plants, flowers)
  • Custom or personalized items
  • Personal care or wellness products (e.g., beauty items)
  • Hazardous or flammable materials
  • Sale items and gift cards
